About HoleNET
HoleNET (formerly Warez Hole) is a site dedicated to making fun of the "Web 2.0" phenomenon by featuring fully-functional spoofs of common "Web 2.0" applications (such as blogging and link sharing) that people can use.
The site is run on a custom content management system called "Aurora". The entire site is 90% custom coded from the ground-up by Techokami. The other 10% go to:
roScripts, who made a tutorial that was used as the original framework for the login system.
Matt Mecham, who wrote Invision Power Board, which has had some code analyzed in creating similar functions for CAPTCHA and BBCode parsing.
Kethinov, who wrote KBoard, which also has had some code used as examples for text parsing, as well as some SQL design ideas.
Retriever II, who wrote Taloncrossing CMS, which has had some code examined for updating email addresses via UserCP.
boom.dk, who donated code from Nightfall used for making the Rich Text toolbars.
